Hello Everyone! I am happy to announce that I am returning to school to complete my PhD in Native American Studies.  I'm always happy to answer any questions or give any guidance so please feel free to contact me. During the summer months (June - August) my schedule will be wide open to work with any projects. Thank You!

Thinking about hiring a consultant but don't know where to begin? Start here!

A consultant is an expert in their respective areas and come with the experience (and time) necessary to move your agency forward. They know the little tricks of their trade and have learned over the years what works and what doesn't.

Many organizations do not have the time nor the money to train their employees to become experts in just one field. Multi-tasking and wearing many hats is the name of the game in the nonprofit world. Consultants are the secret weapon of an organization, part of their behind-the-scenes team that gets the work done and brings a top-notch expert into the team mix.

Plus -- we love what we do -- so we often bring a renewed energy and spirit to the table.

It looks like you do a lot of things but not what I'm looking for... Should I still email you?

Please do. For a couple of reasons.

First, I might actually be able to do what you need/want but don't have it listed. The areas listed are my most requested areas of expertise but may not necessarily be all that I do. As an Executive Director of a Nonprofit I too have worn many hats...

Second, I might know somebody who can help you. Consultants know each other (we even have a networking group together) and it's possible I can tell you where to find the person you are looking for.

Third, I'm a whiz on email and will usually (though I can't always promise) get back to you very quickly. So don't be afraid to email with questions. Check the Contact Info page for more information.
